Q3 Is your food suitable for Vegans?

Q1. Who are we?

Answer. We are a group of vegetarian enthusiasts who believe that all human beings are compassionate in nature and should adopt a vegetarian diet. We try to promote vegetarianism to modern people by providing a conducive dining environment and making vegetarian food more delicious. By making the food more meat-like (similar taste and texture), we hope that people who loves to eat real meat can still enjoy their meal without sacrificing any lives. In short, we believe that all animals, like human beings, have emotions and should be treated equally and with respect.

We consider ourselves more philosophical, rather than religious. We also believe that all religions are equal and share the same common goal- to be compassionate towards the people around us and our environment. We have a true spiritual self in us and we need to use our everyday life and act according to our true consciousness.

It is our goal that everyone can live peacefully, harmoniously and happily together.

Q2. Do you use any garlic, onion or leeks?

Answer. No. We believe that they are not suitable for people who are full time vegetarians. This is because these vegetables act as cleansing agents for meat eaters but are harmful to the body organs when one is a vegetarian.

Q3. Is your food suitable for Vegans?

Answer. Some of our recipes contain egg, milk or honey. As of 6 October 2004, all the food in our menu are suitable for Vegans. Please let the waiting staff be aware of your requirements and we will take care of the rest.
